Gas-tight doors

Stainless steel gas-tight doors manufactured by our company are used mainly in the vegetable and fruit processing industry; in freezers or storages with controlled atmosphere.
Gas-tight doors are characterized by complete tightness and a special locking system .
They are available in hinged and sliding options.

The standard features:

•    door wing 100 mm thick, straight door frame 40 mm thick
•    frame with integrated wheelset,
•    stainless steel sheet of 2B matte structure
•    thermal insulation in the form of a filling of polyurethane foam with a density of approx. 50 kg / m3
•    chamber seal
•    double-sided push rod
•    external MTH handle
•    clamping bolts
•    adjusting system for the leaf
•    stainless steel angle hinges or stainless wheelset with cover
•    internal stainless steel reinforcements
•    single or double-winged doors
